The violence erupted around 7:00 a.m. in the 5600 block of Agnes Avenue in Kansas City, Missouri . Officers from the Kansas City Police Department rushed to the location after receiving frantic calls reporting a shooting. Upon arrival, they found Mosley suffering from critical injuries . Despite immediate medical attention and being rushed to a nearby hospital, she succumbed to her wounds and was pronounced dead shortly after arrival .
